I was trying to think of ways I keep motivated to drink water and the tips below are what I came up with. The only other things I have been drinking besides water is coffee and tea. Ditch juices and any sugary carbonated drinks.
- Set a goal for how much water you want to consume daily. You should aim for at least 64 oz.
- Add Fruit to your water! You can create your own fruit infused water so that it has a little bit of flavor and if you have a clear bottle it looks pretty.
- Carry around a water bottle with you everywhere. There is no excuse to drink something else.
- Buy a water bottle you like. It's good to invest in something you would want to carry around with you everywhere.

This bottle (above) would be cool to DIY. I don't know how yet, but I really like the side that has the the amount of water to drink each hour (morning is on the left and afternoon is on the right).
