Last week Camron made me a Spanish omelette and it was so good! I really have been liking omelettes which is weird for me because more than half the time I don't really like eggs. The great thing about this Spanish omelette is that it is healthy and a high protein meal. We used two eggs each. Though it'd be healthier if you only used egg whites, I like the yolk so I leave it in. The omelette has sweet potato, cilantro, bell peppers, onions, cheese and topped with salsa, plain Greek yogurt and avocado. I also like to have fruit on the side, so I added a banana.
Anyways I am off to go workout and then I have a lunch thing at 1pm.
