I had never tried the Morning Rounds or that brand of Kombucha before.
I did try one of the morning rounds yesterday for breakfast and it's good! It's a bread that you can toast. You could make a sandwich with it, but almond butter on it or eat it plain. It's something easy to just grab in the morning if you are in a hurry or want a quick breakfast.
I like granola in my yogurt. The only down side to this brand is that it has bigger clusters so I find myself breaking them apart.
I love chai tea lattes and Tazo is the same brand Starbucks uses to make them. Buying the concentrate is a cheaper way to make them at home whenever you want!
I haven't tried this yet but but it looks good! Kombucha definitely has a different taste that not everyone will like but this is a low calorie drink with probiotics. It's really good for you and your stomach! If you haven't before, just try it you may like it.
Yogurt is always a good snack! I like dreaming cow for regular yogurt, but after eating some yesterday, I do prefer Greek yogurt because it is thicker.
Lara Bars are always good to have around in case you get hungry, I keep them in my purse.
