hike7 Yesterday we had the day off from work so Camron and I took Reeve to Buffalo Park and went on a hike. Buffalo Park has a few different paths and trails you can take. There is a short loop that has obstacles along the way. Nothing crazy, just challenges like monkey bars, sit ups, balance beams, etc. The path for the adventure course has a pretty flat terrain and is about 2 miles. We started off with hiking to the base of Mount Eldon and then headed back towards the entrance of the park where you can begin the adventure course. We were at the park for about an hour and a half and I burnt about 800 Calories during the hiking, climbing, running and walking.
