Haha like the title? Maybe it's lame, oh well, this smoothie is definitely not! It is so good, seriously one of the best smoothies I have had in a long time! Why go pay money at Jamba when you can make a smoothie that tastes 10x better and is way healthier for you? I am all about saving money by doing things myself. Today I woke up with my mouth in a lot of pain! I cut the inside of my lip a couple of days ago. I seriously have vampire teeth. I really wanted something cold so I came up with this:

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of unsweetened flax milk or almond milk

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1/4 cup of unsalted raw almonds

4 pitted dates

A dash of cinnamon

1 Tillamook Vanilla Yogurt (optional*)

*I made it originally with the yogurt which is why it is pictured above. Since then I have cut it out and think it tastes better without :)


This seriously is a great sub when you are craving a vanilla milkshake!
