I decided to start eating really clean and light for the next few weeks. I will be eating a 1200 Calorie diet.  This is safe and okay for a limited amount of time based on my height and weight. Your daily caloric intake depends on a few factors and is different for everyone! My Fitness Pal is a great app that can help you figure this out.

After I drop the weight that I would like and lean out, I will continue to eat clean but I won't be as strict. I really don't want Summer to arrive with me not reaching my fitness goals.

I am going to share with you all a rough idea of what and how I am eating! I just found out that one of my favorite bloggers, Taralynn from Simply Taralynn is also cleaning up her diet right now! It was actually her blog that I came across that inspired me to start this blog! :) I know, cool story. You guys should go check out her blog!

Anyways...here is a general idea of what I am eating.

I am avoiding processed, high sugar, high sodium foods and buying fresh!

I will be consuming a lot of fruit and veggie smoothies, protein shakes, whole grains, water and tea.
