I was nervous about throwing in chocolate whey into this smoothie. I wasn't sure if it would taste good mixed with the greens, but it did! You really can't taste the spinach and kale anyways. I drank this as a late morning shake to give me extra energy. What's your favorite way to blend up a protein shake? Let me know in the comments below :)
- 2 cups kale and spinach mix
- 3 to 4 large strawberries
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and blend.
