I threw this salad together a few days ago and it was really good! If you follow me on Instagram you probably saw the above picture in your feed. I have been pretty strict with what I am eating for the past week. I have major fitness goals for 2015 and my diet must be on point.

Since Spring is coming and this salad is perfect for Spring, I thought I'd share the recipe. I'm not big on writing out super detailed recipes (maybe some of you have noticed)...then again the type of recipes I post are usually simple like a salad. I'll list the ingredients and about how much I probably used. Hopefully you can take it from there ;)
